Abstract
In our present period, there are several kinds of chronic diseases which are mainly caused by the imbalance of our body, not from infection. The body imbalance comes from the lack of coordination and malfunction of the relaxation of muscle, tendon and spine and consequently affect blood circulation and detoxification in a deterioration way.
In modern alternative medicine, it deeply explains that our important organs, liver, kidney, spleen, and stomach should have their normal function, interaction and coordination. If our body is heavily used in daily working with a less rest, the imbalance may easily occur resulting constipation, muscle pain, weakness, moody emotion, neurological diseases. The natural remedy or treatment is to keep our whole body and mind in a relaxation state as much as possible.
To prevent and treat such the imbalance, basically from Ying-Yang concept, we have to also control our daily diet correctly, eat properly, and the food elements are not too cold or not too hot, not too acidic or not too alkaline. Our daily food should be mainly vegetarian diet, since several kinds of plant-based food are mostly perfect and suitable to strongly support our body.
However, only eating food cannot solve our complex diseases and problems. We have to also control or adjust our lifestyle, such as proper working and natural rest avoiding physical and emotional stress, alcohol drinking, spending a night life and gambling.
This presentation will also emphasize how to prevent our sickness and degeneration by the way of self-sufficiency as introduced and exemplified by the present King Bhumipol of Thailand.
Seven steps to promote health for our body and mind by Buddhist way.
1. Eat properly for body and mind (Sati Phodchonge).
2. Be capable of knowledge digestion for body and mind (Dhama Vinai).
3. Be trained systematically (Viriya Phodchonge).
4. Be capable of changing from crisis to opportunity: be positive, think positive and be satisfied in the value (Piti Phodchonge).
5. Be capable of cooperation and teamwork (Passathii Phodchonge).
6. Be capable of toxin excretion or detoxification for our body and mind (Smathi Bhodchonge).
7. Be capable of working, contribution and donation for the society like a Bhoddhisatta and Buddha (Ubekkha i Phodchonge).

For the natural healing and therapy, there are 20 steps and elements as the followings:
- Using the holistic health which is the basic step including vegetarianism and seven essential factors : diet, air, emotion, exercise, detoxification, resting and proper work.
- Explaining the powerful energy in great universe with several systems such as milky way, solar and planet system and orbits, electrons and their orbits in molecules and atoms comparable to the Chinese concept and philosophy of Ying-Yang.
- Introducing the new health aspects of our internal body organs and structures which are controlled by bone, tendon and muscle. ( 5 solid and 6 hollow structures ). Several diseases come from the blocking of toxin excretion, weak circulation, improper digestion and less absorption of nutrients.
- Explaining the new subjects of Chi or Prana which is the vital energy in details but a simple and understandable way.
- Using music before using medicine for a good health, healing and therapy. It is well known that music and Chi are the basic elements of old Chinese medicine for thousand years. The word “medicine” in Chinese is “ieo” (藥) which comes for 2 symbolic words, music (樂) and medicinal herb (草), indicating the power of good music is an important energy for helping the effective transportation and activation of medicine to repair health and the body.
- Building the internal and powerful energy of our body and use it theoretically like our biological magnet by controlling and concentration of our mind to get rid of stress and induce peacefulness by silently praying a mantra word of relax, relax, relax, relax, relax, relax and relax…….repeatedly.
- Demonstrating the moving energy after relaxation by using a cloth which can be both in stretching and relaxing states.
- Explaining in details about the songs of the five elements ( u-ching-ing-ye-wie ).
- Explaining about the symptoms occurred after training such as weakness, fatigue, cold, warm, hot, vomiting, headache, crying, happy, etc.
- Importantly, do not rush ourselves for the outcome of treatment and do not compare it with other persons, the outcome result can be slow and fast different from each person to other person. Be patient.
- Explaining about the cause of movement of the body according to the changing of universal energy, mind energy and earth energy.
- Explaining about the different pattern of body movement of each individual depending to the different physiology and lifestyle. The movement will result in detoxification and relaxation.
- Explaining about the need of optimal timing such as silent standing at the beginning and balancing the body movement and mind concentration in an equal amount and period.
- Keeping the optimum training time preferably during 5 -7 a.m., but other periods, during 11 a.m. - noon or after lunch are acceptable.
- Optimum training once a day for balancing and twice a day for healing.
- Do not be trained during too much hungry or with too full stomach or too sleepy or too fatigue.
- Training should be limited for only the right ones who wish to be trained, not the wrong ones with has a psychological or neurological diseases. ( Cho-Hua-Ru-Mho Cho-Sui-Ru-Fo ).
- Dividing music healing into 4 grades: music for getting rid of anger and lusty, for healthy life, relaxation ( Spa Yoga ) and building up Chi energy.
- Each of five sets (one element per one set) of healing music ( 6 CD disks per set ) and health benefits to each organ is brought as the following examples ( shown in Table ).
